  I love this Charlie Brown's. The wait staff is very pleasant, they refill beverages and the food is good. The salad bar is very inclusive.

  No issues with the service whatsoever but the food was horrible. I can't remember a time where we paid for such low quality food. We ordered nachos as an app and all of the toppings (meat and cheese) where cold, along with the chips. My wife had the tilapia and it tasted like they boiled it in water. She didn't eat it. I ordered the bacon wrapped steak and that was okay but the "premium side" of a loaded baked potato was super weak. Beer was okay, long Island iced tea was again, weak. So was the salad bar. I spent the next 24 hours pooping my brains out and was miserable.

  I have had my expectations crushed this evening!!!!!! IN A GREAT WAY. After arriving and being told there'd be a 40 minute wait and a tired sounding hostess, my family and I were sat in about 40-45 minutes. I am extremely fine with the wait (first 70+ day of spring). While being seated we weren't given menus but only the advertised specials that were going on by guess who, the same hostess (I think she had hit the wall). Again I'm ok. We were greeted by our waitress who introduced herself as Ashley. Ashley led off with letting us know it's her first day there but she'll take good care of us. Things started off rocky. Our drink order was taken while we waited for menus to become available. She comes back with a child's cup for my daughter, "sorry there are no clean glasses yet". Ooookay this is starting off REALLY well. Finally we get our drinks and have our order taken. Proceeding with our salad buffet and receiving our appetizers. 45 minute later our main course came over. Just 10 minutes before our 3y/o says can we go to Wendy's because I'm hungry, lol. The food was worth the wait but the uncomfortable nap in between wasn't. After eating what we wanted and packing the leftovers we waited for our check, no check. The waitress came over with the General Manager Sue who stated she was comping our meal for not complaining and knowing she/ her team dropped the ball. DON'T MISUNDERSTAND THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I'VE EATEN HERE NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AS A KNOCK. I WAS APPRECIATIVE THAT THEY WERE HONEST TO ME AND BEYOND THE WAIT OUR FOOD WAS GOOD AND HOT!!!!!!! Thank you Sue and Ashley for doing the best you could under the circumstances. I know how this place is and appreciate the honesty from the bottom to the top.
